Before establishing Sprocket 3PL in 2024, I gained extensive experience across a broad spectrum of industries. With degree in logistics management and early career in hands-on roles such as a bicycle assembler and mechanic, where I developed a deep understanding of the technical aspects of bicycle manufacturing and maintenance. These roles provided me with a solid foundation in the intricacies of bicycle engineering and customer service.

As my career progressed, I transitioned into the E-commerce sector, where I held various positions in inbound and outbound logistics. In these roles, I managed the complexities of inventory control, order fulfillment, and the efficient movement of goods, honing my skills in optimizing supply chain processes. My experience in this fast-paced environment sharpened my ability to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving market.

In addition to these operational roles, I also took on several management positions, where I was responsible for leading teams, overseeing day-to-day operations, and driving strategic initiatives. These experiences not only broadened my expertise in logistics and fulfillment but also strengthened my leadership abilities, enabling me to effectively manage and inspire teams.
